Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Before you return a Sanct.in (Sanctuary of Jewels) product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All of our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in Jaipur, resulting in a unique and a one-of-a-kind product. Due to the differences in displays of computers/laptops/phones or may be photographic lighting sources the colour of the image and product may slightly differ. The natural semi-precious stones, therefore, may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping. Exchanges and Returns will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or the incorrect product is delivered. In case your order is damaged in transit, or you have received the wrong product, you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).
In case you have received a damaged product, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at email@example.com with the images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced.
Please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our warehouse or shipped i.e., until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Customized orders once placed cannot be cancelled under
✧ STEPS TO RETURN
- Please inform us about your product return within 2 days of the receipt of your order. You must email email@example.com to notify us.
- You are required to send us a photograph of the product before we arrange for your damaged or incorrect product to be returned to us.
- It is up to Sanct.in (Sanctuary of Jewels) team to decide whether the product is approved for return or not.
- Upon approval, you (customer) have to arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us at their expense. After sucessfully recieving the products, we shall get back to you within 3 working days for refunds/exchange decision.
- Sanct.in (Sanctuary of Jewels) will replace the items if there is a quality check problem.
- All refunds shall be made to the original payment method used by the customer.
- Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about in the aforementioned time period.
As the charge to your credit card/account is already done online at the time of purchase, we will provide a refund to your account via the same payment gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.
✧ REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
We shall issue refund only in the case where a defective product is shipped and we are unable to exchange the same with another fresh product or we are unable to ship the products , rest in all other cases we will not issue any refunds , only Brand Credit in the form of Credit Note shall be issued , which can be used in purchasing any product from the website www.sanct.in
- Packages lost in transit
- In case Sanct.in (Sanctuary of Jewels) discovers or is intimated that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
✧ NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address,
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by courier company
- Package refused by the recipient
- Sizing issues (Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase)
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition
- Minor colour and design variation (All products are handmade and use natural stones. Accordingly, there will be some variation from the photographs on our website.)
- Jewellery is not faulty or damaged
If order is cancelled by the customer after placing it, no refunds shall be issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defected,damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not offer free exchanges on any of our products.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
