Personalised orders are shipped within 7-8 working days after the approval of digital artwork. Shipping time may vary as per the delivery location. You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?
We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. Please mail at email@example.com with the details of missing product along with your order details within 48 hours of receiving your order. We shall check and get back to you with the details.
Yes we do ship out globally, to get more details/place an order kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Shipping charges depend on the volume of order & delivery location. We do provide free shipping on all domestic orders except during special sales period & during special offers on our website. No Cash on Delivery charges on domestic orders although COD is not available for personalized/customized products.
